35 million TMTG (The Midas Touch Gold) tokens were burned on 24th June 2020.
This is the 12th token burn conducted as part of the TMTG foundation commitment to align our interest with TMTG token owners. In the first week of the token burn, TMTG foundation burned 24 million TMTG tokens and we have progressively increased the size of each token burn by 1 million TMTG tokens each week.
We are frequently asked by our community on whether we could continue with the scale of token burn events given that the price of TMTG token has been increasing significantly in recent days. Today’s token burn is proof of our commitment to keep up with the token burn even though the total value of tokens each burn is increasing significantly with increase in value of each TMTG token.
